To increase and/or decrease thickness of the part partially with standard materials used for metal stamping and by general stamping machines.
This technology makes you to significantly reduce costs by stamping of the parts which had been produced by cutting and/or forging.
*There are some limitations on the shapes that can be done by this technology.

In the example of thickening the cylindrical wall of the cup-shaped parts, we have achieved to increase 2.5 times more thick than original thickness.

Transfer Dies
It is an automated line aligning dies in a line and transfer works between the dies automatically.

There are several types of transfer dies.
One is using special stamping machines, called transfer stamping machine, which has automated transfer system built in.
The other type is aligning individual normal stamping machines with a die for each, and transfer device are attached. This type is often called "Robot Line" or "Line Pacer".
